Return & Exchange Policy

As all abayas are custom-made to each customer’s order, no returns or exchanges are accepted once an order has been confirmed.

The only exceptions to this policy are:

  • A clear manufacturing error on our part, reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear, detailed photographs of the defect must be sent via WhatsApp, along with the order number and a description of the issue.

Please note that every piece is produced and shipped strictly according to the measurements and details provided by the customer through our website or via WhatsApp. Accordingly, the boutique is not responsible for any sizing errors once the measurements have been confirmed by the customer.

All product specifications are listed beneath each item, so we kindly ask customers to review them carefully before completing their order.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • After 24 hours have passed from the time of delivery.
  • If the fabric type or abaya cut does not suit the customer, as full fabric descriptions are provided in advance within the product details.
  • If the product does not match the customer’s personal taste or expectations.

Minor Alterations

Customers may request minor alterations to their abaya within a maximum of 7 days from the date of delivery, by contacting us directly via WhatsApp.

Please note that this covers minor adjustments only and does not include complete design changes or full resizing.


Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed with Levora Boutique, it cannot be cancelled. We therefore kindly ask our customers to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase.
